All Customer Support operations are centralised at our headquarters in Roorkee, Uttarakhand. Our team here monitors and controls every movement of the department. We stock an extensive inventory of spares for most of our Sdyn shaker models. Every spare is issued from the headquarters to ensure that only approved spares are used. Our team of engineers at our headquarters and at our regional offices is dedicated to support the customer in every way possible to make their experience with Sdyn remarkable.

Direct technical support by telephone and email is provided on a routine basis to all our customers. Field service is provided as needed from our Headquarters in Roorkee or our North, West and South Regional offices in Gurugram, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai, and our international distributors’ offices.
